I am in a situation where I have been asked to obtain information on 
various video imaging options for the IBM PC. In particular I would
appreciate feedback on the following :

1. What PAL Genlocks are available for the IBM PC which are low budget
   ($500 - about $2000)?

   1.1 Format Y/C
   1.2 Composite

   Details on any of these

2. What software/hardware is available for computer control of video 
   editing on PAL system for IBM PC

   Details, please.

3. Low budget :

      Time base correctors
      Time code generator - reader
