I have been involved, pretty much on a freelance basis, with doing usability testing on the user documentation for our group. I've attended a usability testing workshop conducted by Doctor Judy Ramey at the University of Washington. I was wondering if anyone in this news group might have suggestions about where to get further training in this area. I'm also interested in training that focuses on the uses of hypertext and online documentation. I do have some bibliographic references, journal articles and the like. What I'm looking for here are classes, symposia, workshops, etc. I have checked locally (Portland Oregon area) and haven't turned up much. Any leads or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim Travers travers@iwarp.intel.com
