Ammon,
	There is a repository of lisp modes for GNU emacs available for
anonymous ftp from tut.cis.ohio-state.edu.  One good one is called c++mode-2.
There is also something called lispdir you should get a hold of.  It gives you an index
to alot of the lisp .els written.
