It has been suggested I get AT&T's "C++ Language System Library Manual."
I have select-code 307-145 for it, for the 2.0 release.
Have the manuals been updated for 2.1?

How useful is the manual? I've seen $35 quoted as the price,
which seems somewhat steep. My main interest is as someone
who is thinking about how to re-implement (and use) iostreams.
Though I don't really care much for the design, it looks
like ANSI will standardize something close to it.
