I'me Jon Sanford; Altho a Member of FIG since 73, still a novice Forth
programmer. Excuse #1 computing is my hobby not a profession. #2 I have some
learning disabilites that come under the broad catagory of deslexia. ( I
welcome dicussion on this) I have known programers who were very good who have
been almost disfunctional in other areas . the backwards nature of Forth is
very attractive to those of us who wanted to write backwards as children.
Where Forth is not consistantly backwards is a source of frustration.
 Excuse #3  my regular occupation is as an artist when the muse is with me I
don't understand computer programming. I have a Idea that switching between
right and left brain is what has made my life both difficult and interesting. 
So when the art muse goes away computers and espically Forth can become very
interesting. Yet I have to study all over again to get back to where I left
off, Usually with some Undocmented code I couldn't unravel.
 So I will be appearing and dissappering on this BBS periodicly. like some
kind of wobbly comic cosmic commenting comet. Also to further and refresh my
education I am attempting to read everything on the board that may have
revelance to my interests. My observations on social interactions may at times
seem bazare in such a tecknical context however my incompetence at Forth &
spelling & grammer dosn't qualify my inspired insights in socialcyberspace. I
belive I have something to contribute. When I read some rather harsh words
about "Wiseguys" here I thought they must mean me! I noticed however the mess.
was from way before I got on board. Whew! yet, after 50 years aboard the
planet I Have learned to allow others opinions. I try to be considerate not
necessairly obedient. In other words some may find my rambling discourses
irevelant & anoying. I can now accept that with equanimity. Thank You for your
