Hi:

   Does FIG accept the member from Taiwan?

   If I want to join the FIG, what should I do?

   By the way, my friend told me that the "Forth Dimensions" journal is very
difficult to find in the US Universities (ex. UC, UT Austin, TAMU, Michigan,
etc.), if I want to search the papers in "Forth Dimensions", does someone can
give me a hint where to find them?

   But please don't tell me that the FIG sold the back issues of Forth
Dimensions, cause I don't have much money to buy them. I just want some of
articles among Forth Dimensions, but not all of it.
