Uh-oh, watch out. Aston-Tate seriously attempts to convince the world that they own the dBase *language*. They claim that you cannot implement this language without their permission (they have sued the FoxBase folks) and I would not be surprised at all to learn that these guys are mad enough to believe that their copyright or patent or whatever extends to the grammar of the language.
