The membership was more adult than your local BBS's, so the noise/signal ratio was pretty good. But even adults don't have *that* much to say. After a while, I let my subscription slide. I wasn't getting much out of it. Downloading programs over a long-distance line isn't my idea of fun, and I prefer reading paper over the VDT any day, so I could just wait till the next issue of Byte for the news.
