She would like to hear some facts and opinions from both academia and government/industry, including: * Personnel affairs (duration, pay, return to job) * What you did/what people do during the sabbatical * Published studies on the subject of private-sector sabbaticals * Benefits to the organization (e.g., skills development, personnel retention, information gathered, collaboration) Thank you very much for your assistance.
