I have the following problem :
	Someone I know wants to make DATs and CD players connectible; the 
	problem arises because the rates at which digital signals are sampled
	in the two differ; his DAT samples at 44.1, whereas the 
	exotic music processing device connected to the CD player allows
	sampling at 32 and 48 only. Therefore, it isn't possible to make the 
	two communicate. Does anyone have any ideas ? By the way, since this
	is only for home-use, it is perfectly legal.
