Unless I am thorougly mistaken it comes with the PKZIP package, and
you thus should have it, since the parts of these packages shouln't
be distributed separately.  If you don't have it though, try getting
/pc/arcers/pkz110eu.exe from our or simtel20 archives by anonymous
ftp.
