Does anyone know if Microsoft as an independent software developers group or 
anything similiar where they distribute information about operating systems 
prior to public release, I know that HP has one, but I haven't found any such 
thing at Microsoft?  What we are most concerned with is getting a copy of new 
operating systems (i.e. Dos 5) before, or at least at the same time as our 
customers do instead of waiting until release and we start getting calls from 
our customers about compatiblity problems.
