I had a couple of pretty tough questions and got some pronto answers from him, and other IBMers "in the know". This was not what I was expecting from IBM. This should also be a tribute to email - which brings down barriers and squashes bureaucratic hierarchies. There's no way I would have received the level of support I did over the phone. Perhaps IBM should make the usenet gateway available to all VNET users. IBM: Treat Larry and the other posters well. They are changing people's impressions of IBM ("At last! A *real person* with answers!"). DISCLAIMER: I have never worked for IBM and probably never will. roboco!green@relay.cs.toronto.edu
