Hi, There was a load-balancing program posted on the newsgroup a while
back. A friend of mine is working on her M.S. and would like to take a
look at it.  I cannot recall who the author is (actually, I don't even
sure if this is the right newsgroup).  Anyway, can anyone help? ( Or is
there any PD that will do load balancing or simulate load balancing?).
