Help on QEMM5.11 + WINDOWS3.0 + PCNFS3.01

We have  the above  software installed on a 386dx-33 with
64K cache and 8 Mb memory running Dos4.01 or Dos5.0.

Problem : After exiting from windows , we are not able to
access any of the mounted network drives or devices.

Facts .
     (1) WINDOWS3.0 + Qemm5.11 no problem.
     (2) WINDOWS3.0 + PCNFS3.01 no problem.
     (3) Qemm5.11  + WINDOWS3.0  + PCNFS3.01  no  problem
     with other 80386dx-25 machine with out cache.

we have tried ;
     (1) Disable cache .
     (2) Run optimize and analysis .
