Hi,

    I am a Graduate student working on an independent research project

    at a local University and I am trying to locate the following

    information:

    1)  Public domain source code, preferably C/Unix, for the Transport
        Control Protocol.  I would like a product that is compliant with
        mil std 1778 and was developed for a workstation, LAN/WAN environment.
        Also would be interested in obtaining tools that would aid in the
        evaluation/testing of this software.

    2)  Source code, preferably C/Unix, for layer 4, the Transport Layer,
        of the OSI stack, class X.

    3)  Locating a copy of standards ISO8072 and ISO8073

    Any leads/information will be appreciated,
