It's not only a PROM, it's a complete circuit board which sits on top of the processor and ROM (I think) in the Atom. A friend of mine once blew up his Atom (by accidentally putting 220V on the extension connector, the idiot), but maybe the BBC board is still intact. It might be laying around somewhere.
