I partialy agree. He will be able to tell because the mouse pointer is still visible, all he has to do is align the pointer with the destination icon, however, I do see the "geometry" problem. It wouldn't be a problem if developers would use some common sense, don't make icons as big as the whole screen! It might look pretty, but don't do it. Optionally a user can drag an offending icon into an IconEdit window and chop it up. (Does the Mac have the equivelent of Amiga AppWindows ? I know it has AppIcons (drag and drop onto other icons), but what about dragging an Icon from Finder directly into Word's window and having Word autoload it) Generally Marc, a good suggestion, one that should be mailed to cbmvax.commodore.com. It's fairly easy to add. In the future, Commodore should warn developers not to use mega big icons. -- / INET:rjc@gnu.ai.mit.edu * // The opinions expressed here do not \ | INET:r_cromwe@upr2.clu.net | \X/ in any way reflect the views of my self.| \ UUCP:uunet!tnc!m0023 * /
