Is there a public domain drive speed enhancer out there? One that physically
speeds up stepper motors of the drives themselves. There is one in
_Inside_Amiga_Disk_Drives_ by Abacus, but that is depended on an old
version of kickstart.

Is it availible on ftp somewhere?
