I just purchased A-10, a sort of simplistic flight simulator.

Its a fun game, but unfathomably slow even on an '030.  Seems
to run at about 2 fps on my system, compared to 5 or 10 for Falcon
and 20 for F-18.  Its also a much simpler game than Falcon, so I'm
not sure why its so slow.

It manages to be somewhat enjoyable even considering the performance.
Its simple; no flaps, not much cockpit instrumentation, etc.
