First, the easy one: does anyone have the current phone number for Pacific Peripherals? Do they still exist? Second: I just installed a new hard drive (Miniscribe 8051S), since my ST-157N died a stiction death. :-( I just can't seem to remember how to make the durned thing autoboot; it's been at least two years since I looked at that stuff at all, and the documentation doesn't seem to help out much. Help! Third: I'm experiencing strange behavior in my boot partition (cylinders 1-3). Anyone know of any particular anomalies in the 8051S? Thanks much for any input, - Neil --==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==-- Neil Weinstock @ AT&T Bell Labs // What was sliced bread att!edsel!nsw or nsw@edsel.att.com \X/ the greatest thing since?
