I have a 2091 controller and have had reselection problems with it since 
I got it in Apr of 1990. I have a Quantum 40meg, and an ST277 on it
also. The 277 is 28ms and the quantum is <18ms I think. I heard recently
that CBM announced a ROM upgrade for the 2091 to fix the problem. 
This would be of GREAT interest to me as I have dealt with and tried
to avoid the problem for over a year now.

I think there was a discussion about this a couple of months ago, but
I was in the process of moving, so I didnt get the details...
