I was shopping at our local electronics store and noticed 3 A1000
power supplies for sale. They were:
   Novus Magnetics
   Sunnyvale, CA. 94086
   Model: AMIGA-02
   Serial: 0030
The other 2 had serial numbers of 0072 and 0076.

They had a sign saying that these power supplies may be an early
version, and to compare closely before replacing my existing power
supply. I would like to pick up one of these A1000 power supplies
for a spare, BUT.......Is it safe to use?

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
