I believe all of those are available... altho some may be found easier
(and in more depth) in the Mac and Amiga technical manuals.

For anon ftp, check titan.rice.edu (I think), and also:

 ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu  (128.174.20.50)

in the /graphics.formats directory.
