What are the LoadSeg blocks for in the Hardblock structure?  Are they strictly
for alternate file systems, or can other code be bootstrapped into it?  No,
I'm not a virus-crazed hacker, just wondering about a way to insert 
pre-boot things like forcing my machine into PAL.
