Thanks for doing so -- I wouldn't have seen it otherwise. Your follow-up points are well-written and I agree with them. The response reads as if they typed in the ADUS brochure and gave it no more thought. I kept expecting to see a description of hotel accommodations. There is no possibility that our 60 or 70 Apollo users will be able to attend an ADUS conference. We couldn't even get the main system manager to New Orleans. However, the future of their workstations affects the professional life of every one of the users, and many are concerned about that future.
