I'm not sure what manuals you got, but they certainly don't sound like the one's we got with our DSEE 4.0 upgrade... Just for reference the order numbers from the manuals we have are: Getting Started: 008788-A01 Using DSEE: 015798-A00 DSEE Reference: 003016-A00 The getting started manual contains lots of pretty pictures of the new interface, the reference manual has descriptions of the new model directives (like host_type) so these would seem to describe the new DSEE 4.0... Perhaps someone made a mistake and sent you the wrong manuals... I'm *sure* someone at HP would be happy to see you get the right manuals... Sincerely, Philip Pokorny philip@cel.cummins.com :)
