We have a weird shared-maintenance agreement with HP through an internal division, so I don't know where along the line we got the old manuals. It sounds like the ink may have been drying on the new books when they filled our order. I opened up a ticket w/ HP's hotline at roughly the same time (through our internal support group), and everybody at HP ran around taking care of the problem and keeping in synch with each other and in touch with me!! I'd like to publicly thank Joe Daigle and Rick Conti at HP/Apollo. They were extremely helpful in tracing the problem and getting a solution in the wings (the manuals haven't yet arrived, of course). It's people like them that make me think that maybe HP will survive. Thanks again for all the help and info. -- jt -- John Thompson Honeywell, SSEC Plymouth, MN 55441 thompson@pan.ssec.honeywell.com Avoid the rush -- Procrastinate Now!
