	I was wondering if anyone knew how much it costs to print
the average page on an Imagewriter ][. I have to compare this with
using a professional printing company (don't bother asking the details,
it'd take me too long to explain :-). I would like the cost to include
wear and tear, ink, paper, etc. Cost per character or any other method
is also acceptable. Thanks.
