Sorry, I have to disagree. The NEC may be the best (it's certainly very good), but there are definitely other monitors worth using, often less expensive. The Sony 1302/1304 make very nice ST monitors, and for cost I don't think you can beat the PanaSync 1391, locally seen at $329.
