HP calls it a > classic HP. If anyone knows of a way please let me know. Thanks. There used to be two upgrade kits available: HP 26053A HP LaserJet (64K) to LaserJet Plus (512K) HP 26054A HP LaserJet (either) to LaserJet Plus (2 Mbyte) Both are long discontinued, but may be in stock at some mail-order dealers or retailers. These kits were expensive. If someone still has a kit for sale, they may be asking so much for it that a brand new fully-loaded LaserJet-IIIP would be cheaper. Even with the RAM upgrades, the "classic" LaserJet cannot handle some of the newer cartridges (e.g PostScript) softfonts and PCL enhancements.
