The lpadmin (et al) commmands qualify users by requiring that
they belong to the lp admin group.  I have gone through the
administration docs, but found nothing that says how this is done.

We have specified users for this command set on the lp group in the
/etc/group file, but this has been insufficient.


Any help would be appreciated.

Alas, whatever happened to /etc/printcap???
