I started it by typing a:setup and when it got to the place where it makes the "uninstall" disk I followed the instructions and inserted a blank floppy. It spun around a bit and then a box came up that said something like: Incorrect Drive, hit any key to continue. (not the exact wording) I tried a couple of other disks, all with the same results. Finally I remembered one occasion in the past where some program continued to read from the disk cache even after I changed disks (usually it works just fine). I removed Hyperdisk from my config.sys, rebooted and everything went fine.
