No! But sometimes it's illegal to copy for use on more than one computer at a time. If he is only using one copy at a time, then his use is 100% legitimate. Unless he is not the only one using his computer, he would have to make a REAL effort to USE two copies of DOS at the SAME TIME (One for each hand?). Besides, nobody will care, if it's for personal use. And you should ALWAYS make a backup, ESPECIALLY OF DOS!!!!
