I just wondered because when I try to ftp to wuarchive.wustl.edu, I get a 
message saying "connection refused".

I used to be able to ftp up until a couple of weeks ago.  I'd appreciate
any advice!

(I'm posting in this group because I don't know any better and because
I've been getting msdos archives from the site).
