 I have used a printer driver and interface from a company called
 Orange-Micro and I think they are located in Irvine.  I used it to let my
 Mac talk to a HP DeskJet over the standard Centronics interface.  It
 worked great.  Note that you will probably need both software and hardware
 to accomplish the interface between the Mac and a "DOS" printer.  The
 hardware may consist of a special cable to go from the Mac printer port to
 your printer.
