Meaning by this that v1.2c doesn't work correctly under 6.0.x on a IIfx, nor on a IIsi *without* an CDEV call 'DepthGauge' .. windows are all messed up .. BUT seems to work okay under 7.0 on a IIsi *until* you attempt to save a current city or quit while saving .. it hangs the machine (!?). And BTW, it still doesn't work on a IIfx 7.0 .. That's not true. Set the fx in 32bit mode, and the screen in 4bit mode. Works great ! (Apple plain 8.24 card, IIfx, 7.0 golden, not many INITs) Oh, and 1.2c works under 6.0.x too - if you run it in 32bit mode.
