Since all word processors will handle multiple fonts, all you have to do is to load this font (sorry I don't know where one is off hand but you might check sumex). Since I don't know anything about Cyrillic (or Russian) I don't know if it reads left-to-right or right-to-left. Not to worry. Nisus will even do the left-to-right that Hebrew requires.
