One can purchase fine products such as QuickKeys 2.1, QuickMail 2.2.3,
or Disktop 4.1 and use it for many hours on thy Macintosh.

In other words, it's a supplemental file for a number of CE Software
programs. It has no use to you unless you have purchased one of their
utility/mail products.
