I just tried turning on Balloon Help(tm) to see what it said about the
Easy Access symbols. In the process, quite by accident, I found a one-
pixel-wide region, just to the right of the current application icon,
where the help balloon for this icon keeps flashing on and off. Move one
pixel to the left and you get a steady balloon; a pixel to the right and it
disappears; but in-between, it can't seem to decide which way to go.

I can't get this to happen with other any other menu titles, at least in
the Finder; only with the icon for the application menu.

Can anybody else reproduce this? Or should I go get something to eat
before I lose touch with reality altogethegether...
