OK, this is probably a FAQ, but I can't find it either in NeXTAnswers or
in the FAQ file.

Can someone post once again instructions for connecting a terminal to
a NeXTStation, including EXACTLY what Mac --> Imagewriter cable to buy
(I'm serious, there seem to be several different versions for the Mac
512, Mac +, etc).  Also, if you know of a good place to get one would
you share that with me also?
