hi folks

   i need some help in getting my next to read sparc formatted
   floppies to which i have placed some file using the tar command.
   every time i try to read the floppies on my next i get
   the following message in my console window.
  
     Bad disk label magic number.

   i formatted the floppies using the fdformat command.

   any suggestions as to how i can get my nextstation to read these floppies?
