I'm not sure what I am asking for here but here goes.  We want to perform
quantitative and qualitative image and shape analyses on cell cultures observed
under an inverted microscope and the data recorded on videotape.  Can anyone
suggest specific systems of software and videocam that would work well with
a personal iris.  We want to look at visible and fluorescent images and 
eventually like to do fluorescence ratioing.

Any help would be appreciated.
