AiX 3.1.3 - getting errors on the "int  sprintf();"  in common.h and a
check for NULL in patch.c - i put a few minutes into compiling, that's
it.  wondering if anybody'll post/send config.h and/or README.dog&pony
for AIX before i dive in.
