I am running AT&T Unix V 3.1 and have only deroff.  With a little
additional sed'ding, I have been able to strip out the *roff formatting
stuff, but it leaves everything in a skinny column of several words on
each line.  I then have to edit it with Emacs to reformat it into
something no anoying.  Is there another tools I should use?  I don't
have nroff, troff, eqn, or tbl.  I realize there is a GNU *roff.
