I hope somebody has done this.

I am looking for clues on how to make a Joy stick work on my ISC 3.2.0.2 under
VPIX.  In particular with MS Flight Simulator 4.  The J-stick works fine when
I boot a DOS floppy and run the sim from floppy but I cannot get it to go under
VPIX. 

I have not seen this done, it just seems like somebody might alread have
invented this wheel.
