I can get connected and everything will go fine for a while, but about a minute into the transmission, it will get hung up and start sending alarms. I am not sure what is causing it. I have the fast UARTS on my box but I can not compile the FAS because I dont have a compiler :-( I would like to hear from anyone who has any ideas as to track down the problem. My port is locked at 19200, so I could be losing characters. I will try that next to see if I get any lessening of alarms. There seems to be no pattern. I can send very large file with no problem, but when I send many short files, it will hang. Thanks for any help. By the way, I am using USR V.32bis modems on both ends. I have also tried it with the slower v.32 modems with the same result.
