The probability of getting someone right away is slim and none. Almost always, I wind up playing telephone tag with these people. Is DEC so naive or insensitive that they expect people to wait around their desks for three hours to get a call back. I have had the "hotline" call back days later, long afetr I had found the solution elsewhere or gone with a slower method just to get the job done. WMy reccommendation: make this a real hotline or get rid of it. P.S.- I do not blame the people that man these lines. They try very hard to give m the best service. I am sure th
