We have a VT1200 which has been only used with VMS using the "Start LAT X Session" command. However, since there is no equivalent of this functionality with Ultrix (TCP/IP), I'd be happy to run something like XDM or Xprompter from the Ultrix host and display it on the VT1200 to help in the login process. I do this all the time with NCD X-terminals, but would like to know about any problems with the VT1200 which I am not as familiar with. (Note: we don't want the VT1200 to be used with VMS anymore.) Thanks for any help. Fred Velijanian fredv@uci.edu University of California, Irvine
