We *ARE NOT* looking for viruses that are spread *on* BBSs by sharing of software, but rather for programs speficially designed to attack a system *using* BBS software, such as the recent bug in Telegard that allowed a user to access the system using zip files. We are trying to update a story for CuD. Responses can be sent to: jthomas@well.sf.ca.us or tk0jut2@niu.bitnet Jim Thomas / Sociology-Criminal Justice / Northern Illinois University
